Our Team
Mike has over 30 years of experience in corporate America managing large corporate mergers and billion dollar budgets. The last 5 years in corporate America, Mike was VP of Operations for Fujitsu Consulting where he managed over 200 consultants at any given time with revenues of over $20M a year.
Mike served for 10 years as Executive Director of Project PAVE whose mission is empowering youth to end the cycle of relationship violence. Mike led Project PAVE, through strategic partnerships and common vision, from a $650K to a $1M a year organization. As Interim Executive Director at Think 360 Arts for Learning, Mike partnered with the board and staff to advance the organization’s infrastructure, creating goals for the organization and each staff member, forming essential board committees, assisting in the hiring process for the new Executive Director, and working with the new ED in the transition.
Mike also engaged with the Executive Director and board of the Rose Andom Center. He helped implement several new processes, assisted in key new hires, and provided leadership coaching.
Mike is currently on the Advisory Committee for the Victim Services and Advocacy Network. He serves on the board of directors for Project PAVE and is a member of the DEI committees for both Project PAVE and Think 360 Arts.

Ellen is currently on the board of the Women’s Bean Project. She also serves on the DEI committee for Project PAVE and Together Colorado’s Transforming Justice Team.
Having worked together in the nonprofit world for many years, Ellen and Mike formed Johnson and Wallace Consulting in 2017. Beyond enjoying long discussions about politics (which we won’t do with you), and diversity, equity, and inclusiveness (which we might do with you), we share a passion for the work of nonprofits and social impact organizations. Based on our previous experience we recognize the importance of this work and the many challenges presented. And, we have a few ideas on how we can help.
We look forward to working with you toward the attainment of your goals.
